The Morning After

So, not all was a complete disaster, in fact I would go so far as to say that it went pretty well. A big thank you to everyone who came and supported Molyneux Jewellery last night, I hope you enjoy wearing your pieces as much as I enjoyed designing and making them.
After having no buissness cards last night (damn mail service) they've finally arrived this morning to my delight. Im very pleased with them and will very much take pleasure in giving out my details from now on.
Not everything stops here though, with more parties on the way and orders to be filled, I'm more on the go than ever before. Not that I mind, isn't it lovely when a job doesn't seem like work?
One of the nicest things to come from this is the challange I recieved for today. Last night, a lady liked this bracelet so much....

...that she asked me to make a matching necklace and earrings for it. This is what I came up with.

It was something really different to have the individual for whom the piece was intended in mind whilst making it. I'm really pleased with the result and hope she is too.

First Jewellery Party

I'm very excited tonight to be giving my first jewellery party. I've been hard at work creating unique and special pieces for the wonderful people of Parkwood. Only recently have I started to branch into really personalised pieces, from wine glass charm sets that have your family's names on, to bracelets for that special someone that read 'Friend', 'Mother', 'Daughter' and so on. I've also started making watches, turning keeping time from something practical into something beautiful.

Something different from my range, a howlite skull and agate bracelet.

My favourite piece for the night; Multi-coloured shell embelished watch.

It's a fantastic thing to be starting tonight, and I'm a little nervous, but I hope that my jewellery speaks for itself after I've put so much passion into it.

Ragards, Chloe-Amber
